soft ducky soft ducky…makes me think of The Big Bang Show + song Sheldon Cooper needs to hear when he is sick but it is “soft kitty” ” soft kitty:……lol…If you don’t watch that show ( my son is a physics student in grad school) well, then just …that is a soft ducky!:-)You are surrounded by sweet, soft, cute furry critters:-)
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur, kitty…yes, I have seen the show once or twice (or, ok, many more times!) 😉 PS, they are all outside now huddled under the picnic table trying to avoid the rain. I have some finicky ducks when it comes to water. 🙂
You did better than I did…you knew the words-lol…
I have 3 cats so I love your cat photos! + ducky ones, too: ” soft”……
Geek contest!!! 😉
So sweet!
You know, she really is! The Buff Orpington is a very mild-mannered duck! 🙂
I love when they do the head tuck. So adorable.
There is much head-tucking going on today! Poor things are huddling together under the coop. This cold is (finally) the real deal. Stay warm up there!
That’s so cute! It’s also very hard to catch a wild duck napping, they are so aware of what’s going on even when they sleep.
You are definitely the guy to go to for wild waterfowl info! In my experience, domestic birds are pretty wary, too, but I took this with a telephoto lens indoors through the glass (that’s why it’s not super sharp). Or maybe Puff just trusts me. Or a little of both! 🙂
Awesome! XOXO – Bacon
P.S. And last night was awesome too!!
Heck, yeah! And love the way the relationship with the mom (named: Lori, natch!). Balanced well with the other story line about the demon baby of the witch mom married to Ichabod Crane, love interest of the Headless Horseman. (OK, I just reread that sentence and it sounds even weirder than it played… 😉 )
