I know that in many ways, this cause is more important, but somehow, it just doesn’t have the same ring to it as save the whales. 😉
LOL!!!! Plus, I don’t think I really want a whale in my backyard. The squirrels are bad enough. 😉
Lori,
Good soil helps promote healthy, vibrant plants. I use compost and organic fertilizers in my gardens. I do like your cause; there are so many people who still use chemicals, giving the plant a shot of caffeine that only lasts a short while. Feed the soil!
That’s right! Feed the soil, feed the food, feed the people! Thanks for commenting!
love those cute ducky feet on the soil—-must feel sooo good on their ducky feet!!! LIke you comment ” Feed the soil, feed the food, feed the people”…should be a bumper sticker!
I’ll add that to my list. 😉
The “F’s”…love it!
I’m in! I’m in!
Yay!!!
Good soil is so important! I’ve noticed that Biodynamic is slowly on the rise, which is something we need more of. 🙂
Angie, you are so right! BTW, you would be a great person to post about this! You are very tuned into the issue of how we connect to our food. 🙂
Okay, I’m in! 🙂 I don’t even know where to begin. My mind is racing from all the issues I can write about that affects healthy soil!
Woo hoo!!! You have a little time to find the right approach–no worries! 🙂
I will try my best to make it good and informative. 😉
You will be awesome! 🙂
Aw, thanks! Now the pressure’s on. 😉
Thank you again for your invitation to participate in this. I love the varied perspectives from the blogging world and all the information sharing, it’s just such a great thing. I would very much like to contribute to this forum on Jan 21st. 🙂 I will write it on my blog and link to yours? Yes? Or is there a better way?
Sounds great!!! We will touch base again closer to the date, too. Looking forward to seeing what you create! Thanks again!!! 😀
Hi – Robbie has drawn my attention to your post and Save the Soils day . Would love to help out with a post on my blog murtaghsmeadow.wordpress.com on the 21st if that is a help?
That would be awesome!!! Thanks very much for signing on! Feel free to use the logo on your posting. And send me a link to the post when it goes live. 🙂 !
Okay, getting closer to understanding. I’ll try to put something together and join in 🙂
Yayyyyyyy!!!!
I will be posting about soil on the 21st thanks to Robbie (and her timely reminder 😉 )
That’s my blogger buddy for ya!!!
She urged us all to post and as our summer is in full swing here I spent the whole day gardening (in my soil) so I forgot! OH THE SHAME! But I think I just saved my tail by the skin of my teeth ;).
(only thing is it is the 22nd here but still the 21st there so does that count?!)
Totally fine! Go for it!!!
I did it! No time for images but I did it. Anything for Robbie 🙂
I know, right?!!! 🙂
