Lovely…
Thanks!!!
Another lovely shot. I recently had some pea shoots and leaves as a side dish at a restaurant. They were so good! I just planted a garden this past weekend, very late in the year…long story…Anyway, I will have to plant peas next year.
Sounds delish! 🙂
You can start in the fall if it cools down enough… 🙂
Oooh, okay, thank you! I have been trying to make some plans for fall. I’ll definitely do peas.
I love the headline.
Of course, now I can’t get the original song out of my head today either! 🙂
The flowers are beautiful, and I’ll bet that the bunnies are well fed also.
Ah, yes! 🙂
Wish the birds did not eat mine!
What kind of birds? Squirrels, raccoons, impatient husbands–didn’t realize birds would go after peas, too! 😉
This little finches + they nibble the leaves to death!
Yummy!
And good for the soil, too! 🙂
First came the chickens, then the ducks and finally the dogs–they all love peas! So do goats, but I don’t let them get a glimpse of the garden. We had a decent amount–just harvested the last. We ate all the snap peas and froze the English peas. I’m set on making good mushy peas like I had in England, but no one else is happy about it. 🙂
Beautiful shot, btw.
Mushy, not mushy–whatever you like! 🙂
